Ginger is loaded with nutrients that have powerful benefits for your body and your brain. It has traditionally been used to help digestion, reduce nausea and help fight the flu and common cold, as well as having anti-inflammatory effects. We love adding it to just about anything so here´s a refresssshing electrolyte orange smoothie with a ginger kick.

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 14 drops of elete Holistic Hydrate


  1. Add liquid to the blender first.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
  5. Enjoy!
