How to make an electrolyte drink?

Add 2.5 ml of electrolyte mix for water (one capful from the 25 ml bottle) to 1 litre of water, juice or other drink and shake or stir to dissolve.

Use purified water for the best-tasting, pure electrolyte water. You can also add lemon or lime juice for flavour if desired.

Customised sports drink:

To make your own sports drink, add elete Holistic Hydrate electrolyte mix for water to unsweetened punch mix and add the sweetener of your choice (for example stevia or agave) to taste.

To refill the 25 ml pocket-sized bottle:

  1. Remove the cap.
  2. Remove the dropper tip by pulling the tip all the way to the side until it pops out.
  3. Use the squirt nozzle on the 120 ml refill bottle to fill up the pocket-sized bottle.
  4. Return the dropper tip by pushing it back into the pocket-sized bottle and replace the cap.
