While almond milk does not provide as much protein and calcium to be a substitute of milk, we do love the lower calories and the healthy heart benefits it gives us. Almond milk has no cholesterol or saturated fat. It is also high in healthy fats, such as omega fatty acids, which helps to prevent high blood pressure and heart disease. So let´s give this smoothie a little almond milk twist!

  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen watermelon
  • 14 drops of elete Holistic Hydrate


  1. Add liquid to the blender first.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
